Dog Is Disappointed By Herb Garden’s Progress

Local pooch Claudia has been sorely disappointed that her potted herbs just won’t grow.  

“She planted parsley, dill, basil and rosemary, but so far none of her seeds have sprouted,” says friend and fellow gardener Louisa Mayfried.  "I keep telling her barking at the pot won’t do any good, but he hasn’t really listened to my advice.  I think her soil pH is too low.“
