Dog’s Coolness Questioned by Rival
Eddie, a U.S. Army dog who works as a scout for the 82nd Airborne Division, is unquestionably the coolest dog in the country – or so most people thought. Late on Wednesday night, Pfc. Lance Dawes called Eddie’s coolness into question.
“It was just after lights out,” recalled Private Jamed Oller of the incident, which took place at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. "Eddie was curling into his bed when Dawes said he thought that lab from E-block was cooler than Eddie.“
According to Oller, things got really quiet and Eddie just stared at Dawes in complete silence for at least 10 minutes, after which Dawes sheepishly retracted his statement.
