Terrier Suspended From Lakers Over Tussle With Kobe
A starting point guard (and Jack Russell terrier) named Cody has been suspended with pay from the Los Angeles Lakers after a disagreement with teammate Kobe Bryant got physical on the scrimmage court.
“They were both warming up, and the next thing I saw, Cody was all up in his face,” says Lakers assistant coach Don Comack. “Not sure who started it, but we had to separate the two and give Cody some time off.”
