
STUDY TIP: Avoid Eye Strain With Regular Snuggle Breaks
While studying for finals, it’s important to stay healthy. But all that reading – much of it on computers these days – can put a massive strain on the eyes.
One way to avoid eye strain is by scheduling regular snuggle breaks, according to Dr. Lee Sumont, of Bainbridge Eye Associates.
“Snuggling with your favorite cat or dog provides the duel benefit of giving your eyes a break and relieving stress while preparing for a big test,” he said.
