Bulldog Philanthropist Builds Local Playground
At a ribbon-cutting ceremony yesterday, the city’s newest playground was opened to the public after two-months of construction. The playground was funded by Boss, a successful French Bulldog from Kalamazoo, MI, who attended the ceremony and had the inaugural run on the playground’s centerpiece, a 20-foot stainless steel slide.
“A lot of people think he did this because he loves children,” said a source familiar with Boss’ line of thinking, “but really, he just loves slides.”
