Lab Puppy Resolves to Eat Slower in New Year
If there’s one thing Abigail learned in 2012, it’s that scarfing down her bowl of food in seconds flat isn’t always best practice.
“It’s not very polite,” says etiquette expert Carmen Sellick. “There’s also the issue of disappointment when the food disappears so quickly.”
That’s why Abigail has resolved to pace herself in the new year, taking manageable bites and chewing everything thoroughly before swallowing.
“I think she’ll enjoy it more that way,” Sellick adds.
