Neighbors Voice Concern Over Peeping Cat

A cat named Jack has been caught repeatedly “spying” on his neighbors from the living room window.

“It’s creepy,” says Mandy Wills, a member of the community who expressed concern over Jack’s behavior. “One minute you’re weeding the lawn, the next minute: There’s Jack!”

An attorney for the accused cat rejects the notion of spying.

“It’s still a free country, isn’t it?” Wendy Jackson, Jack’s attorney, tells The Fluffington Post. “If Jack wants to stare creepily out the window of his own home for hours on end, he has that right.”
