Angry Cat Vows to Delete Instagram Following Facebook Acquisition
Todd is usually the last to hear about these things, and so, according to sources, it’s no surprise that the cat only just heard about Facebook’s billion dollar acquisition of Instagram this afternoon. As an avid Instagram user, Todd isn’t very happy about the news. Friends say Todd feels strongly that acquisitions like these usually stunt innovation at startups and he worries that the app’s new owners might integrate Instagram in such a way that makes it hard to use in his preferred way (sharing photos to Twitter, but not to Facebook).
Todd is so upset, he’s told friends that he plans to delete his Instagram account, though most of his buddies that we talked to think that’s just posturing.

Dog Licks Lizard, Instantly Regrets Decision
According to sources, a local pup by the name of Izzy was having a rough day after making the unfortunate decision to lick his lizard friend, Rex. "He kind of made a face, like when you suck a lemon,“ said one witness. "You could tell both he and the lizard were mortified.”
Though most friends suspect no lasting damage was done, things will definitely be awkward between Izzy and Rex for a few weeks.

Intrepid Reporter Cat Has Ear to the Ground
Ginger never misses a scoop. The local tabby is a feature writer for The Globe and Meow, an internationally delivered daily newspaper, and she is wracking up accolades as an investigative journalist. Her expose on the falsely advertised tuna content of certain cat foods won her a Society of Feline Journalists Award last year and got her short-listed for a Pulitzer Prize.

Local Dog is Unhappy with Latest Headshots
Milky, a canine actor from West Hollywood, CA, is reportedly extremely upset with his latest headshots. "His eyes are closed in every shot!“ complained his agent, insisting that getting work with these headshots would be extremely difficult.
Gary Melitto, of Gary Melitto Portrait Studio sees the matter differently, however. "We burned through 7 rolls of expensive medium format film during that shoot,” Melitto tells The Fluffington Post. “This was the best one, paws down.”
