Office Cat Distracts Co-Workers With Non-Stop Laughter

According to source close to the situation, productivity at social media marketing firm Haystack, LLC has taken a nose dive since the company hired Taren, a Scottish Fold kitten, to be the official office cat.

“I can’t get anything done,” said account manager Lisa Dombrowski.  "Taren is always laughing.  Always.“

Employees at Haystack concede that Taren is cute, and that the non-stop laughter was infectious at first.  "But now it’s just annoying,” said Joan Lefevere, director of client services. “It’s hard to get companies to take you seriously when your office sounds like a taping of Saturday Night Live in the background.”

At this point management has no plans to let Taren go.  However sources tell The Fluffington Post that he will be asked to try to contain his constant mirth.
