
Local Kitty Chef Uses Fresh Ingredients
A glowing review in this month’s Bon Appétit magazine highlights chef Claude, a kitten and head chef of Manhattan’s Grass Bistro. The hot new al fresco dining spot in the West Village serves only salads created from chef Claude’s rooftop garden and is apparently booked through July. Bon Appétit is not alone in their praise of Grass – the restaurant was also named one of the 10 Best New Eats by Time Out New York.
