Area cat Lavanda is the author of 12 novels, but she has yet to allow friends to read a single one. "She’s a very private cat,“ says one friend. "I’ve tried to get her to submit her stories to an agent, but Lavanda writes for Lavanda. She might have another Harry Potter on her hands, but that’s not why she writes.”
