Cat Hypnotist to Play Atlantic City
World-renown feline hypnotist, Gatica, is slated to play Caesar’s in Atlantic City in June, according to the cat’s agent. "Gatica will play three shows per night, June 15-17,“ said agent Juan Carlos Jimenez, who indicated that tickets for the engagement go on sale this weekend and are expected to go fast.
Gatica rose to fame in the late 1980s with his signature trick of making cats in the audience think they were dogs. He was named "Cat of the Year” by Purr magazine in 1993, but has largely faded from the limelight over the past decade. If the buzz over this upcoming show is any indication, however, Gatica still has a very loyal fan base.
