Kitten Brothers Are Toast of Town
New York real estate moguls and kittens Thaddeus and Simon are on top of the world after closing a record $650 million in sales in 2013. The pair sold five luxury condos for over $35 million at the new One57 development.
They also sold a luxe 24,000 square foot penthouse in the Financial District for a downtown record $61 million. And they secured future rights to sell a number of condominiums in the still-under-construction 432 Park Avenue.
Their success will be celebrated at a gala event tonight at the beautiful Broad Street Ballroom in downtown Manhattan.
