Feline Yoga Guru Debuts New Pose
New York Times bestselling author and acclaimed London Yoga instructor Oreo has revealed what his disciples are calling “a turning point in Yoga philosophy.”
It’s a pose he’s dubbed “The Belly Flop,” and it is reportedly a full-body workout in one stretch.
“Arms out, belly down flat, legs trailing behind, and tail – if you have one – off to the right,” says Melanie Westen, one of Oreo’s students. “If you can hold that for about three minutes, you’ll see it’s really a revelation.”
