Local Cat Slowly Getting Better at Touch Typing

An area cat named Walter has been working on his typing skills using an old copy of Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing. Friends say he is slowly improving, but still has a long way to go before he reaches the proficiency necessary to achieve his dream of landing a job doing data entry.

“He’s at about 5 words per minute,” said Walter’s roommate Tom Rizzo. “Lots of errors, though. And his comprehension of what he’s typing is iffy.”

Walter is currently available for hire.
