Area Cat Decides Victims’ Fates With Coin Flip

According to authorities a local cat who has been running amok across the city in recent days has been deciding the what to do with his victims based on the flip of a coin.  "He’s really verging on super villain status,“ said Sgt. Anthony Conchman at a press conference.

Authorities are cautioning residents to be on the lookout for the cat, whose distinctive two-ton facial coloring makes him relatively easy to spot.  He is considered armed and dangerous and should be avoided at all costs.
