Cat Earns 2nd Place on ‘Top Chef Masters’
While the competition was close, judges on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters ultimately did not award North Carolina cat Charlie with the coveted prize. His recipe for PB&T (peanut butter and tuna) landed him in second place.
“That’s fine,” says Charlie’s longtime restaurant partner Grant Fisher. “We’re disappointed, but it’s still great for his career. Thanks to the show’s exposure, we have investors lining up. We hope to expand our restaurants out to the West Coast in 2013.”
