After several rounds of negotiation, Simon, a cat from the San Francisco Bay Area, has finally inked a deal to sell his photo sharing app to Facebook for a reported $2.2 million.
MeowPix, a “frictionless social location mobile photo group texting” network for cats has grown to 3 million users in less than a year, and insiders say Facebook is hoping to integrate the proprietary technology into its existing photo platform.
