
Cat Dissatisfied With Rental Car Amenities
An Avis customer care representative got an earful on Wednesday when a cat named Spike complained about the lack of features in his rental car.
“He kept asking about the tape player,” says Carl French, the Avis employee. “I tried to explain that we haven’t rented a car with a tape deck since 1997, but he wouldn’t have it.”
