Cat Brushes Up on the Classics

When Breeze the cat enrolled at the University of Glasgow in Scotland to complete the degree she started four years earlier in the humanities, she found that she was woefully behind in her literature.

“They assigned her a big list of summer reading to catch up,” said roommate Rowena Andrews. “Mostly classics, you know: Curious George, Green Eggs and Ham, The House on Pooh Corner, Frog and Toad Are Friends, etc.”

Breeze is seeking a degree in contemporary English literature and expects to graduate in 2015.
