STUDY: Cat Naps Boost Productivity

Research from the University of Southern California finds that short naps make kitties more productive.

“We charted the sleeping habits of more than 2,000 felines and found those who take cat naps had more focus than those who slept for longer periods of time,” says Dr. Georgia Cates, who led the study. “Napping cats are often more successful. They have the extra energy to blog, play the tambourine or whatever.”
