According to reports, an area cat has been giving some extremely half-assed high fives. “I wouldn’t even call it a high five,” says James Tonkin, who witnessed one of the exchanges yesterday. “It was really more of a… I dunno, maybe a low two at best.  Is that a thing?  Actually, don’t print that.”
