The master bedroom underwear drawer on the third floor has finally found a tenant. Kitty industrialist Buttons Quagmire, III has rented the penthouse suite for an undisclosed sum.

The drawer had been on the market for $15,000 per month, which would have been a household record by a wide margin, so it is expected that the transaction may have set a new rental mark for the area.

“It’s a fabulous apartment with amazing views,” said real estate agent Adele Peters, who represents a number of unrented spaces in the dining room credenza. “Having the crown jewel of the house occupied should really help heat up the rest of the market.”
