Area Cat Falls Asleep in Coffee

How much coffee is too much?  Apparently no amount is enough for Twinkles, a local cat who fell asleep in her coffee while at work this afternoon.

“I think she had to be on her seventh cup,” said coworker Tammi Brinks.  "She was up really late last night catching up on episodes of Mad Men that she had TiVo’d.  I think all that caffeine had a reverse effect, though, it just made her sleepier and sleepier.“

Witnesses say Twinkles was embarrassed, but uninjured.  "Luckily, she had switched to iced coffee by the afternoon, or else she might have burned her nose,” said Brinks.
