Cat Forms Bridge Between Dining Room Chairs

Cat Forms Bridge Between Dining Room Chairs

Scientists at the Suffolk University in Boston have determined that the most likely way that the hamsters in the living room were able to migrate from the kitchen is via a bridge formed by the cat between the dining room chairs.

“Archeological and geological evidence shows that hamsters made a trek between the kitchen and the living room about three weeks ago A.D.,” said lead researcher Dr. Angela Ramirez.  "What we didn’t know until now was how.“

According to Ramirez, her team uncovered evidence that the cat, Mr. Whiskers, may have formed a temporary "landbridge” between two dining room chairs, making previously impassable terrain accessible to the hamsters.

“It’s just a theory at this point, but we think it makes the most sense,” said Ramirez.
