Wet Beagle Apprehensive About Crossing the Street
A beagle was spotted in the rain late Sunday morning. Witnesses on the scene report that he (or she) appeared anxious about crossing the street.
“There are lots of cars and noise,” said one onlooker. “I hope the little guy gets to the other side OK.”
