Squirrel Fashion Tip: Use Your Tail for a Hat

The latest trend among fashion forward squirrels?  Using your tail for a hat.  The trend, which was first introduced by avante garde designers on the runways of Milan last fall, is starting to catch on with mainstream consumers.  "A squirrel’s tail is a readily available accessory,“ says noted rodent fashion expert Gisella Vasilieva, who also noted that it is a cheap way to complete any ensemble.

Evil Prairie Dog Demands 1 Billion Chestnuts

A prairie dog super villain has sent word through the Montana State Police that he will do something nefarious unless a bounty of 1 billion chestnuts is paid.  Authorities are still trying to determine why the prairie dog is asking for chestnuts, since his species generally eats only grasses, seeds and roots.  One working theory is that he is in cahoots with the squirrel mafia of New York.

Noted prairie dog actor, Squeaks Brando, will play the role of Jabba in the scene initially re-added to the film in the 1997 re-release human version.
