Washing Machine Is Cat’s New Favorite TV Show

Game of Thrones eat your heart out. According to Nielsen, the highest rated show among the coveted 2-4 year old cat demographic in the Wankowski household is the Washing Hour.

The show, which stars a rotating ensemble cast of the families clothes, follows the adventures of a young sock as he tries now to get lost and get clean in the rough and tumble world of the basement.

It airs each weeknight around 7pm in the washing machine. A spinoff, The Dryer Cycle, is set to start airing this fall.

Cat’s Lewd Snapchat Photo Sinks Political Career

In a move reminiscent of the Anthony Weiner scandal, a cat’s promising political career was thwarted this week when suggestive photos that were sent over the social network Snapchat came to light.

Qwerty the cat had been gearing up for a 2014 senate run, but experts now agree his political aspirations were all but dashed this week when gossip website TMZ obtained a lewd photo the cat allegedly sent to an aide. The photo was sent via Snapchat, a real-time picture application for mobile phones that allows users to send messages that automatically delete themselves once viewed.

Worse than the photo, according to political analysts, was Qwerty’s non-apology.

“If he had just ‘fessed up to sending the pic in the first place, his career might have been salvageable,” said Pamela Baptista, a political consultant. “Instead, he offered this lame excuse about how he thought Snapchat photos couldn’t be saved. He’s totally cooked.”

Qwerty could not be reached for comment.

After an exhaustive two month long investigation, The Fluffington Post has learned the location of Tito the cat’s hideout. We can now report with 99% certainty that Tito has been hiding under the sheets in the guest bedroom.

Most experts dismissed the guest bed as a possibility because the weather has been heating up and it must be at least 100° under the comforter. However, operating on information gleaned from an anonymous tipster, The FluffPo reexamined that location yesterday.

It was then that our team of private investigators located Tito.

“He was just curled up in a ball under the sheets,” said Sheldon Kritikos, the lead investigator hired by this newspaper. “With so much bulk from the comforter, you couldn’t even tell he was there.”

Now that his spot has been found, Tito has moved to a secondary hiding location, believed to be somewhere behind the couch.

Cat Flips Over Nicki Minaj’s Departure From ‘Idol’

The announcement that singers Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj will leave the judging table on Fox’s American Idol has one cat up in arms…er, paws.

“Dizzie read the news on the Internet and just went crazy,” says Richard Michner, the cat’s roommate. “He started swiping at pictures of Nicki on the screen. He was very upset.”

Sources tell The Fluffington Post that Dizzie is a huge fan of Minaj, and has grown accustom to seeing her on the weekly singing competition.

“I think it really took him by surprise, and now he’s heartbroken,” says Michner. “Maybe he’ll switch over to The Voice.”
