Goat Reconsiders New Hairstyle

There’s never been a more adventurous era in men’s fashion and grooming, and Wisconsin goat Billy wanted to get in at the forefront of an edgy new look. He told his barber to go wild.

“Billy came back and I laughed so hard, I fell out of my chair,” said Bob Barthwait, a source close to the situation.

“Apparently the barber told him that this was the avant garde look for Parisian goats. I’m not sure who he’s trying to impress here on the farm, but I don’t think ‘blonde bombshell’ is the right look for him.”

Goat’s Bad Sportsmanship Caught on Camera

The Goat Rugby League is facing a scandal today, after one of its star athletes engaged in some questionable on-the-field behavior.

A freeze frame from ESPN’s coverage of the Farmyard Summer Scrum showed that after the match, winning captain Gruffman made this rude face as the opposing team left the playing field.  

“We take sportsmanship very seriously,” GRL Commissioner Ryan Aberdeen said. “Gruffman will be fined $500 and we will consider further disciplinary action if he cannot keep his emotions in check.” 

Fans were divided on the controversial photo. Some are outraged, claiming this type of poor behavior gives the sport a bad name. Others just can’t get over how funny his tongue looks.

STUDY: Baby Goats Add Cuteness, Resale Value to Property

According to a study published in Better Homes and Gardens magazine, the addition of baby goats can dramatically affect the value of a home at selling time.

“Most people think adding a deck or repainting can boost home equity,” says real estate expert Mark Kramer. “This mindset is outmoded though – if you add just one baby goat, the resale value of your home will skyrocket. I personally had no idea.”

Citing a strong seller’s market and a large number of baby goats, Kramer says 2014 is the best year ever to cut your losses and turn a profit.

“Look, buyers are a lot less savvy then we give them credit for,” says Kramer. “They drive a hard bargain but throw in some cute baby goats and they’ll empty their wallets. It’s simple economics, really.”

The study also suggested the use of koalas at the closing table for maximum leverage.

Goat Allegedly Eats Public Art Project

A goat from Nassau County, New York has been charged with eating a sculpture outside the Hempstead Public Library. The sculpture, which went missing last week, depicted a group of children at play and was made from recycled tin cans.

But the goat maintains his innocence.

“He’s being, for lack of a better term, scapegoated,” said his lawyer, John Levine. “It’s a complete myth that goats eat tin cans. My client is actually a very picky eater.”

Library officials could not be reached for comment at press time.
