Puppies Generally Unimpressed by Valentine’s Flowers

Wondering what to get your little puppy for Valentine’s Day? Don’t go for flowers, says Gina Buckman of Good Morning America. Chances are they’ll be bored.

Toronto Cat Passes Out After Eating Plate of Cookies

A 16-year-old cat named Eloise was found in a food coma after scarfing a plate of Girl Scout cookies late Saturday morning.

Early reports indicate the cookies were Samoas, but conflicting eye-witness accounts point toward Thin Mints. Regardless of cookie type, Eloise will likely regret her decision when she wakes up, according to sources close to the situation.

Manhattan Puppy Faces Mid-Life Crisis at a Young Age

Zeus, an English Bulldog from New York City, had an easy life. Wake up, waddle around a bit, take a nap – it was every dog’s dream.

That is until he started confronting the tough questions: What’s he going to do with his life? Would he be able to make any meaningful and lasting contributions to society?

While his psychologist warned that entertaining a “mid-life crisis” at such a young age is unhealthy, Zeus insisted on taking Salsa lessons and reading everything he can about Gothic architecture – one of his many unexplored passions.

A new report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics finds that a growing number of employers are cutting costs by hiring Labrador Retrievers instead of humans for administrative jobs.

The cost/benefit gains on Retriever labor are apparent: They work for kibble, they don’t complain, and they rarely insist on matching 401k contributions.
