Pug Immediately Regrets Buying Trampoline
A Seattle pug named Franklin saw a trampoline at Target and did what any other self-respecting American would in that situation – he slapped down his debit card and rolled that sucker home.
After a good hour scouting the perfect location and tending to some basic assembly, he was ready to hop on.
“He’s been bouncing for about five hours now,” says Gerald Robinson, one of about 40 onlookers who have encircled the hopeless pup. “You can tell he wants out, but he hasn’t been able to break the cycle. I sure hope he kept the receipt.”

Kitty Calls Dibs on Favorite Blanket
A two-year-old cat named Oliver (Ollie to his friends) knew as soon as he saw a leopard-print blanket that he must have it.
“When we brought it home, he immediately claimed it,” Laura Sayles tells The Fluffington Post. “He couldn’t stop pawing and sucking on the blanket, probably because the markings looked so much like his mom.”
SURVEY: Most Dogs Find Reading a Bore
A new survey out from the American Literacy Institute finds that two-thirds of dogs are bored by reading.
“Any kind of reading,” says Marcy Gansevoort, the researcher who led the inquiry. “Novels, magazines, websites, poetry, historical fiction – most dogs say they are so bored by words it puts them right to sleep.”
