Corgi Spots Water Damage, Saves Homeowner Thousands
A corgi pup was rolling around on his back during an average playtime session when he looked up to spy a wet patch on the ceiling.
“We never would have noticed it,” says Greg Melrose, the homeowner who dealt with the water damage. “A pipe from the upstairs bathroom was leaking. If we hadn’t fixed it that week, it could easily have turned into a $3,000 job.”
Puppy Model Falls Asleep During Photo Shoot
Doctors of famed puppy model Cairngorm McWomble have diagnosed him with exhaustion after he fell asleep in the middle of a photo shoot on Tuesday.
Reliable sources tell The Fluffington Post that executives at Bacon Beat magazine are none too pleased with having to reschedule the important session. Their issue featuring McWomble on the cover is slated to hit newsstands May 7th.

REPORT: 70% of Cat Architecture Does Not Meet Code
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development released a report Tuesday that finds a whopping 70% of cat-built homes and office complexes are not up to Federal safety codes.
The news has rattled the cat contractor industry, which is still recovering from the housing crisis of 2008.
“This kind of fear mongering will only kill jobs,” says Orlando Seawell, attorney for the Feline Contractors Union. “It’s classic government overreach.”
But the USDH views it as a serious safety issue. “We’re talking about really shoddy work here,” says Melinda Caster, the Department’s press liaison. “Townhouses made of cardboard? They wouldn’t survive a brisk wind, let alone an earthquake.”
