Kitten Chess Tournament Drags Into 17th Hour
The final match in the World Kitten Chess Championship has entered its 17th straight hour, and there are still no signs of checkmate.
Cooper opened with his signature French Defense, while Mitzi countered with the Queen’s Gambit. While Cooper has captured more pieces of value, some analysts feel Mitzi’s position on the board could ultimately give her the upper hand during the end game.

Pup Faces Fines for Installing Pool Without Permits
A dog named Fendi has been issued a $1,200 fine after the Dallas, TX housing authority got wind that he put in a pool without the proper building permits.
“It was probably one of the neighbors that tipped them off,” says Ted Claybrook, an area resident. “They’re really particular about that sort of stuff.”
Sources tell The Fluffington Post that Fendi plans to fight the fee, citing a loophole in the building code.
