Cat Gets Organized With Help From The Container Store

A local cat named Atticus couldn’t find a place for himself. Usually, he ended up stretched out on the floor, under the bed, or in a pile of cardboard boxes.

“It was really disorganized,” says Merriam Stoddard, the cat’s roommate of two years. “Atticus needed a system where he could store himself neatly in a closet until it was time for use.”

That’s when they visited their local Container Store.

“They had these plastic bins that were just perfect,” says Stoddard. “He fit right in there, nice and cozy. It’s much easier for him to find himself these days.”

Retired Kitten Takes Part-Time Job as Dishwasher

Retirement is going well for Chester, a local kitten who made his millions in the real estate market. But he’s not one to sit idle in his golden years.

“He really wanted to find out what it’s like to get his paws dirty,” says Mickey Ramos, a source close to the situation. “So a part-time dishwasher gig seemed like a good fit.”

Things had been going well, though a source at the restaurant where Chester’s employed tells The Fluffington Post that the work leaves something to be desired.

“He has this habit of licking the plates and then putting them back in the ‘clean’ cabinet,” says the employee, who asked to remain anonymous. “It’s pretty cute, but it just doesn’t seem sanitary.”
