Guinea Pig Refuses to Leave the House After Bad Haircut
Tickle, a 1-year-old guinea pig from San Francisco, CA, just wanted a little off the top. She was mortified to find that her stylist had totally botched her look.
“It was all uneven, frizzed out,” says Amanda Carter, a close friend. “She started crying and said she wouldn’t go out in public until it grew back in.”

POLL: Bunnies Prefer Lettuce to Carrots
The age-old stereotype that carrots are bunnies’ favorite food may be waning. A new Marist Poll finds that 72% of rabbits actually prefer lettuce over the traditional orange root.
The poll’s sample consists of 1,000 bunnies and spans most breeds and socio-economic backgrounds. Interestingly, bunnies with an annual income of $150,000 or more prefer lobster.

Area Ferret Can’t Decide If He Wants to Nap Now or Later
Winston, a local ferret seen here sitting in his hammock, is reportedly having a devil of a time deciding if he should nap now or later. On the one hand, he’s already in his hammock and napping would be as easy as closing his eyes. On the other hand, Wheel of Fortune is about to start, and then it’ll be dinner time… so maybe it makes sense to nap later.

A corgi named Wolfie flunked his third road test because he insisted on not wearing his glasses.
