Puppy Breaks Record With Stuffed Animal Collection
A puppy named Tito has entered the Guinness Book with a record-shattering plush toy collection.
“In his relatively short lifetime, Tito has amassed just north of 8,000 stuffed animals,” says Carl Stein, a researcher with the Guinness organization. “To our knowledge, it’s the largest collection in the world – though not the most valuable.”
What inspired Tito’s passion for plush?
“He saw the Care Bears movie on TV last year,” says Kim Rose, a family friend. “It was all downhill from there.”
