Puppy Sinks Entire Life Savings Into Risky Real Estate Deal

Quentin, a Yorkshire Terrier from Walla Walla, WA has always been known as a conservative investor by his friends. That’s why everyone was surprised when he announced that he was putting all his money into a new hotel project on Baltic Avenue and a housing development on Marvin Gardens.

“Usually he just bides his time until he lands on Free Parking,” said close friend Andy Clemens. “So it was kind of a shock to see him go all in like this.”

Friends tried to dissuade the dog from spending so much on the projects, especially the hotel.

“Houses on Marvin Gardens can be flipped for a pretty penny if you do it right,” said Clemens, “but Baltic Ave isn’t a great part of town. A boutique hotel there just isn’t a smart investment.”

While Quentin will have most of his personal assets tied up in these two new projects, his family does also own a significant portion of the electric company.
