Toy Poodle Charged With Kiss Attack

ROCHESTER, NY – An 8-month-old toy poodle named Nelson was brought up on assault charges Monday after he allegedly launched a “kiss attack” on Elizabeth Nocera.

“In fact, I am woken up every morning by a kiss attack,” Nocera tells The Fluffington Post.

At his arraignment, Nelson pleaded “Woof,” and is expected to stand trial in early July.
