Puppies Face Privacy Inquiry from Neighborhood Association

Glenn Falls was a great little planned community.  It was quiet, safe and everyone was friendly.  Best of all, they respected each other’s boundaries.  Then the Morgans moved in.

The pair of yellow labs are friendly and outgoing, sure, but to a fault, say some neighbors.  "They were at that fence every time I turned around,“ said former next door neighbor Allen Fine.  "It didn’t matter if I was grilling steaks or throwing a frisbee, it was like they always wanted something from me.”

The Morgans now face an inquiry by the Glenn Falls Neighborhood Association over alleged violations of the group’s privacy bylaws.
