The life of an independent stock broker has its perks. Local pup Mr. Grumpy Bum works from home managing his clients’ portfolios on the web. As such, he hasn’t gotten dressed in three months.
“It’s nice to be comfortable,” says Wendy Bergen, Mr. Bum’s personal assistant, who also works remotely. “But you lose some of that morning routine. Rolling out of bed and going right to work can wear on you after a while.”
