
Tennis Ball Custody Battle to Be Settled Out of Court
The contentious debate over who owns a popular tennis ball will be settled without court proceedings, according to sources familiar with the matter.
“Both parties – Rusty and Pez – have agreed to arbitration,” says Abe Sparrowitz, a reporter for the New Orleans Times-Picayune, who has been following the case. “This will save them substantial legal fees and hopefully lead to a resolution they can both live with.”
