
SURVEY: 46% of Dogs Can’t Pass a Driver’s Test
A nationwide survey of the Department of Motor Vehicles finds that 46% of dogs who take a driver’s test never pass, even after repeated attempts.
“Most of them don’t even know how to sit in the seat properly, let alone parallel park,” said a curmudgeonly woman at the DMV window.
