A New York pup named Franklin had gone three rounds with a vacuum cleaner Sunday evening when the ref finally called it a draw.

“Every time the vacuum came around, Frank would just hide under the bed,” says spectator Cal Demay. “It’s a pretty cheap way to fight, but he’s definitely safe under there. The ref was right to call it – it wasn’t going anywhere.”

The vacuum’s manager has already called for a rematch.
