REPORT: Dogs in Hats Will Never Not Be Funny
A new study out from the American Institute for Comedy Research finds that while humor trends come and go (Commedia dell’arte, Vaudeville, Dane Cook), dogs wearing hats are among the few things that remain hilarious to every generation.

Humans have long been emulating Justin Bieber’s tussled bangs, and with good reason – they’re amazing. But the canine community, which is typically behind the zeitgeist, has been slow to adopt the trend.
That’s all changing as more and more pups don the Bieber do, according to Us Weekly. And the fashion statement is spreading well beyond the U.S.
Delilah the Shih Tzu of Kuwait City (pictured above) has Bieber Bangs so low, they cover her eyes, preventing her from operating heavy machinery.
So worth it, though.

Sibling Cats Are Mirror Images of Each Other
Developmental psychologists have long been fascinated by the behavioral similarities of twins. But a pair of cats from one litter has researchers confounded.
Foo and Pearl of Portland, OR are so alike, they are in fact mirror images of one another. Every motion, from enjoying a morning meal to curling up for a nap, is mimicked simultaneously by the other.
Researchers are still unsure if one cat is taking the lead (the Alpha cat, as one psychologist puts it), or if their mirrored movements are the result of some shared consciousness.

Chicago Pups Disagree on Choice of Favorite Baseball Team
Thought they can’t agree on which of Chicago’s professional baseball teams to root for, Caramia (on right, age 6) and Kali-Ma (on left, age 5) are still best friends. Caramia is an avid fan of the White Sox, while Kali-Ma bleeds Cubs blue. What brings them together? Their shared heritage as immigrants from the Dominican Republic and their love of the couch.
“While they are both accustomed to relaxing on a dirt floor, or underneath a palm tree, the famously-comfortable American couch is a welcome change for them,” Michael Menelli told The Fluffington Post.
