Dog Loses Invitation to Own Birthday Party

A pup named Whiskey stayed home on his own birthday after misplacing the hand-written invitation his friends sent to him last week.

“He was chewing on a bunch of papers the other day,” says Mick Horner, Whiskey’s roommate. “I have a feeling it got mashed up in there.”

Without the address of the party, Whiskey had no idea where to show up. “He also just lost his phone, so he couldn’t even text his friends to find out what was up. He mostly just sulked the whole night.”

Puppy Stops to Smell the Flowers

After he turned three, Wrigley the dog decided he needed to slow things down. That’s why he’s literally stopping to smell the flowers these days.

“He was running around like crazy, sniffing everyone at the dog park, barking at everything. It was starting to take a toll,” said Sally Chee, an acquaintance of the pup. “That sort of lifestyle is fine when you’re one or two, but at a certain point you have to slow down.”

These days, Wrigley likes long, leisurely walks in the park and quiet games of frisbee on the beach with close friends.
