Otto, a french bulldog and professional skateboarder, has debuted the trailer his new skate video.  The one minute and thirty second reel shows the dog executing some extremely advanced skateboarding tricks, such as, hopping on the board, dismounting, skating in a straight line, skating in a not so straight line, and jumping onto a curb.  The technical mastery displayed by Otto in his films is what has propelled him to super stardom in the skateboarding world.

The latest trend in doggie spa and beauty culture is vacuum grooming. Sparked by the exploits of Louisiana celeb Corbin the Corgi, the practice is hot among young, single pups with disposable income. It’s also a fast and easy way for dogs on-the-go to look their best.

In response to the demand, vacuum groomers have sprouted up all over the South, and larger chains are expected to push northward this summer as the trend heats up.

Amazing Parakeet Knows Songs, Catch Phrases

Disco, a 2-year-old parakeet from Rochester, NY, is no bird brain. He can remember and recite The Flinstones theme song and popular catch phrases from movies and television.

“Some people have asked us if he’s a fake, if we’re just making the voice for him,” says Judy Bolton, a source close to the situation. “But they underestimate the abilities of parakeets.”
