Tiny Goat Has Big Dreams
Though he only moved to Collier’s Family Farm in Portsmouth, RI last month, Charleton, a two-year-old pygmy goat, already has plans to run for farm board president. According to the bylaws of the farm, animals must establish residency for 3 months before declaring their candidacy. Because the elections are in June, Charleton will be a late entrant to the race against incumbent, 4-term president, Dizzy the rooster.
