Since launch just three months ago, Doggie Driver’s Ed has helped over 500 pups earn their licenses accross New Mexico, Delaware, California, Rhode Island, Nebraska and West Virginia. The department of transportation plans to kick in some federal dollars to expand the program to more states.

Dog Protests Intensify

As the battle for the living room continues, reports are emerging that area dogs have formed a powerful canine bloc and are occupying the area by the downstairs bedroom door.  A spokesperson for the dogs indicated that they will not back down until their demands are met: three more hours of fetch per week and wet food at least twice each month.  The good stuff, too… none of that store-brand junk.

Milkbone Aficionado Magazine Names New Editor-in-Chief

Editor & Publisher is reporting that popular dog magazine Milkbone Aficionado has named Fergus as its new editor-in-chief.  The bloodhound will be just the seventh editor-in-chief to helm the venerable publication since its founding 103 years ago by T.S. Eliot.  In response to requests for an interview, Fergus drooled a little, and then flopped on the floor.
