Puppy Sleeps Through All 3 Presidential Debates

An 8-week-old Labrador named Bracken was found sleeping during not one, not two, but all three televised presidential debates between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

“Even the whole ‘horses and bayonets’ thing wasn’t enough to rouse him,” says Oscar Francis, a source close to the situation. “I mean, I know puppies need their sleep, but this is the future of the country we’re talking about.”

Sources are inconclusive on whether Bracken slept through the vice presidential bout.

Lost Dachshund Found Wearing Camouflage

Travis, a dachshund who had been reported missing to authorities for four days, was actually in the living room the whole time.

“He was wearing a camo vest,” says police commissioner Danny Fogarty. “He blended right into the carpet, so our search and rescue teams probably blew right by him.”

As of this writing, Travis is resting comfortably at home – pretty much where he’s been all along.
