The Toronto Zoo announced Friday that the penguin breeding program it began in November 2011 is officially a success, eh? The first chick was hatched on January 28, 2012 to parents Gozi and Puff.
The baby will be named Eldon or Ellie, pending determination of the gender.

According to authorities, a game of tag between a handful of red fox pups got completely out of hand on Sunday. "It seemed like they started out just having some fun in the backyard,“ said police Sgt. Allen Finkle, "but then a rabbit ran by and things got rowdy. We got multiple calls from neighbors asking us to break it up.”
